Phoenix has had a busy Summer entertaining the crowds at parks and bandstands across Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Nottinghamshire this year.
We were particularly pleased to be invited to play in the Bishop’s Walled Garden at Southwell Minster (pictured above) as part of the prestigious Southwell Music Festival in August, and to have performed for the first time in the beautiful surroundings of Newark Castle.
Thanks to everyone who came along to hear us perform, and to the volunteers, staff and park wardens who looked after us so well during our performances.
The next event on our busy concert agenda is a return to Harrington Church on 15 October, where we will be performing an exciting set of music as part of the popular Harrington Concert Series.
